The Democratic Party has the arguments, the evidence, and the public on its side. What it has not done is fight. Approval ratings for the Republican agenda are collapsing. Courts are pushing back. Polling shows majorities oppose what is happening in Washington. And yet the opposition has largely responded with statements, not strategy. That changes when constituents make the cost of silence louder than the cost of action. These 12 templates reach every lever at once — your own representatives, Senate and House minority leadership, the DNC, the DLCC, Democratic governors, state legislators, and their Republican counterparts. Twelve templates. Pick one. It takes under ten minutes.

The Voting Rights Act is the most important civil rights law in
American history. It is being dismantled piece by piece — and
Congress is letting it happen.
The Supreme Court gutted the VRA's preclearance protections in
Shelby County v. Holder in 2013, then weakened Section 2 enforcement
again in Brnovich v. DNC in 2021. Since then, states have enacted
hundreds of laws restricting ballot access, closing polling places,
and purging voter rolls — with no federal check. The John Lewis
Voting Rights Advancement Act has been introduced and blocked in
Congress repeatedly. These five templates demand action across every
pressure point: your senators, your representative, your local paper,
and the oversight bodies that have the authority to act.

Supreme Court justices are accepting millions in undisclosed gifts — and answering to no one. Justice Clarence Thomas accepted over $2.4 million in gifts between 2004 and 2023, reporting fewer than a third of them. Justice Alito accepted luxury travel from a billionaire with active cases before the Court. In 2023 the Supreme Court adopted an ethics code with no enforcement mechanism — the justices police themselves. Congress has the authority to change this. These templates ask them to use it.
